Victor Davidenko is a senior enterprise architect and independent researcher working on AI governance infrastructure. The Scarp substrate and Scarp Governance Gateway are the result of independent research into the structural requirements for governable AI, informed by almost three decades of enterprise architecture in regulated environments.
Patent filings covering the substrate architecture are on file and pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Open source
The scarp-verify standalone evidence verifier is open source (Apache-2.0) and published on GitHub alongside a corpus of real governance evidence packs. Run it on your own machine against your own evidence records.
